Enterprise Cloud Migration to AWS

A growing UK print and marketing services group was running ageing on-premises infrastructure with over 150 servers, accumulating technical debt and operational risk. We architected and led the company-wide migration to AWS, rationalised the estate by retiring, restructuring or re-platforming each server in turn, migrated databases across AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server, and ran a post-migration FinOps review that refactored workloads onto managed AWS services. Outcome: a leaner, cost-efficient cloud foundation with reduced operational overhead.

MSP & SME Clients End-to-End Delivery

Firewall, RDS & Voice Infrastructure for SME Clients

UK SME and enterprise clients needed reliable, modern communications and firewall infrastructure without the in-house engineering depth to design or deploy it. As technical lead, we designed and installed PfSense firewalls into production, deployed Remote Desktop Services environments, designed and configured 3CX phone systems with advanced routing, and provided ongoing enterprise PfSense support across the UK customer base, bridging pre-sales and delivery as a single trusted technical point of contact.

SME Cloud Migration Zero-Disruption Cutovers

SharePoint, Exchange & GCP Email Migrations to Cloud

Across multiple UK SME clients, we delivered SharePoint migrations from on-premises into cloud, and migrated Exchange and GCP-hosted email environments to Exchange Online, managing the full end-to-end cutover with minimal client disruption. Outcome: clients moved off costly, ageing on-prem collaboration estates onto modern cloud-hosted platforms, with reduced infrastructure overhead and improved reliability.
